Eric from Big Family Electric was thorough and helped identify and fix some issues we were having. Being unfamiliar with electric work, I didn’t know where to start but they communicated well so I could make informed decisions. He was also friendly and easy to work with. I recently used Big Family Electric for a full electrical update on my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Before making my decision, I spoke with over six different electrical companies and had three come out to bid on the job. After comparing, I ultimately chose Big Family Electric for several important reasons: First, their professionalism and prompt communication were outstanding from the very first contact. Their website is incredibly informative and answered many of my questions before I ever picked up the phone. Their quote was detailed and transparent. It was broken down line by line with clear costs for each task that needed to be done. When we walked through the house and discovered that a few things were different than what was originally quoted (based on the inspection report), Eric immediately opened his computer, adjusted the number of receptacles needed, and updated the price on the spot. No confusion, no surprises. What I appreciated most was that Eric took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, using language I could actually understand (not technical jargon). It’s clear that this company has put a lot of thought into making their processes customer-friendly, with a focus on education and pricing clarity. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Eric with Big Family electric was professional and knowledgeable, and able to diagnose an issue with our electrical system with ease! I cannot say enough good about him and this company. They were able to accommodate us by getting someone out the very next day to work around my husband's shift work schedule. Eric took the time to answer any questions we had and never seemed unwilling to explain things to us in detail. He was kind and personable but also very thorough. We will definitely use this company again for all our future electrical needs and concerns.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed promptly and BIG was able to send someone out early the next day. Eric got there early and got straight to work. Gave me my quote and also a quote for a few other things that weren't up to par. I opted for only the work requested and it was finished in a super timely manner and very neatly. Great job. Eric was great. He did a thorough job checking out my issue, and while he couldn't find the exact cause, he fixed what we both thought the issue was. As of now, no complaints. They were very fast getting out to me, which was crucial because I work from home. Will use them again in the future. TY!

My first impression of Big Family Electrical after meeting Eric can only be described as "Awesome". Then I had the pleasure to see Eric's work in real-time because I was on the jobsite. And then Sean came to help which only made my confidence grow more. Even better, when Seth the engineer and owner arrived as well and was pulling cable with them all I saw a real team. Our project is best approached one phase at a time and the teamwork this company displayed to me gives me tremendous trust in their ability. Some inspection and review by the Big Family team came up with some required improvement's. It took Eric no time at all to check inventory and to give us a price. Some discussion, interpretation and translation into English at times and we have plans for more work by the Big Family crew next week. Eric and Aubrey did a tremendous job adding Starfish lights to my exterior and trouble shooting my surround sound issues. I would highly recommend them.
